New refund form mailing address

USPS Stamp Refund forms now use our updated address: 27 Waterview Drive, Shelton, CT 06484. Please discard the old Neenah, WI address.
*Applies to Commercial Clients, Schedule-48, and USPS CPU.
Where to view:
  1. Go to Shipping & Mailing History.
  2. Click USPS Stamps.
  3. Select Print Refund Form.

Better address validation and delivery accuracy

Easily mark addresses as Residential during shipment with a checkbox. You can now also control Address Validation settings — make them optional or required — to ensure clean, accurate deliveries.
Where to view:
  1. Go to any shipping workflow to see the Residential checkbox.
  2. To update Address Validation settings, go to Settings > Admin Options > Address Verification.

Switzerland customs form now supports VAT ID

When shipping USPS international packages to Switzerland, you can now include an optional VAT ID on the customs form. It's case-sensitive, up to 15 characters, and not system-validated.

Set your default payment method

To ensure smooth printing, you'll now be prompted to select a payment method if one isn’t already set. You can easily add or choose a default without leaving your workflow.
Where to view:
  1. Click Print from any order
  2. If no payment method is set, a pop-up will appear
  3. Select Add Payment Method or choose an existing one
  4. Your first added method becomes the default automatically

Add sender address directly to presets

You can now include a Sender address when creating or editing a Preset. Choose from existing addresses, add a new one, or edit the default.

Faster access to carrier data with new export

The new Carrier ID field in your export file makes key carrier data easier to access. Download it directly from the Carriers section for instant access.

  1. Go to Carriers.
  2. Click Export to download the file.

Easy returns with auto-filled address

Return label creation is now streamlined. The return address is auto-filled, making it quick and simple to generate labels for UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL Express.
Note: Supports both single and multiple shipment returns.
Where to view:
  1. Go to the History screen.
  2. Click Return Label for your shipment.

Simplified international shipping labels

Shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, and DHL now include a Bill To section, helping separate duties/taxes and transportation costs for faster, more accurate deliveries.

Improved FedEx Single Payer activation process

The Activate FedEx Pitney Bowes Rates modal now includes a checkbox to agree to FedEx Terms and Conditions before activating, streamlining the process and driving adoption.

  1. On the Carriers page, activate the FedEx Single Payer Modal pop-up.

Improved visibility for special services

The Show More button for special services has been relocated to the left side for easier access and better visibility.

Enhance your brand with store logos on packing slips

Upload and display your store logo on packing slips for better branding. The Store Logo option appears when Store Name is selected. Supports .svg, .png, and .jpg files.

Upload your store logo under the Packing Slip section.

Instant order access with barcode on packing slips

Barcodes are now added to packing slips for quicker order access. Scan the barcode to instantly retrieve order details, speeding up your order processing.
How it works:

Enable barcodes in your settings to have them appear on print previews and final printouts.

Simplified UPS Shipping with Single Payer

Enjoy hassle-free UPS shipping with our new Single Payer option. Streamline payments, consolidate charges, link a credit card, and accept terms to start shipping with discounted rates.
How it works:

To activate:

  1. Go to the Shipping Label page.
  2. Click the Packaging filter by Carriers, then select a Carrier.
  3. On the Terms and Conditions pop-up, click Accept.

OR

  1. Go to the Shipping Label page.
  2. Click the Packaging filter by Carriers.
  3. Navigate to the row where the UPS Single Payer account carrier is located, then click Accept.

Squarespace integration

Seamlessly connect your Squarespace store to ShipAccel for efficient order fulfillment, real-time sync, and simplified shipping management.
How it works:
  • Log in to ShipAccel and go to Settings > Store Connections.
  • Select Squarespace and click Connect Store.
  • Log in to Squarespace and authorize the connection.
  • Confirm the setup—your store will now be connected in ShipAccel.

Manifest filter enhancement

Mobile app users can now filter packages by selecting "Packages unassigned to building" in the Manifest search options. This displays packages with 'Site' as the Package Location.
How it works:
  • Go to Shipment Details Report.
  • View the combined report that includes all label types.
  • Use the new Spend Type column for granular data analysis and improved filtering.

Payment method reminder

ShipAccel now prompts you to set up a payment method if none exists before printing labels, ensuring smooth shipping without delays.
How it works:
  • Go to Ship Orders or Create Shipping Label screens.
  • If no payment method is on file, the Print Label button becomes Set Up Payment Method.
  • Click Set Up Payment Method and follow the steps to add your payment info.
  • Once completed, return to print your label without interruption.
