What's New
Easily find USPS and DHL drop-off spots near you
A new feature makes it easier to find USPS and DHL Express drop-off locations nearby. Just enter a ZIP Code and choose a radius to search.
How it works:
- Go to Shipping
- Click Carrier Options
- Select Find Drop-Off Locations
Automate weight input from digital scales
When using a connected scale, the system now pulls the weight automatically when you create a shipping label—no manual entry needed. This helps save time and reduce errors.
Where to view:
- Place your package on a connected digital scale
- Create a shipping label to capture the weight
SSO exports now run on your schedule
Single Sign-On users can now schedule automatic user exports. You can set export timing, manage settings like SFTP uploads, and get notified if an export fails.
How it works:
- Go to the Scheduled Exports tab
- View or edit tasks in the Automatic Export scheduler
- Check status from the History screen

Using a QL-800? You’ll need a new stamp roll
The SL-SPM02 stamp roll is no longer compatible with QL-800 printers due to USPS rules. Use SL-SPM12 instead for uninterrupted printing.
Where to view:
- Go to Shipping and Mailing
- Click Stamp Rolls
- Select Print Options
Low USPS postage balance alert
A new alert notifies you if your USPS balance is too low to print selected labels. The alert displays the amount needed to refill, and clicking "Add Postage" will take you directly to the refill screen.
Where to View:
- Under Shipping and Mailing
- Click Postage
- Click Add Postage
Order grid: Created & import dates columns added
The Order Grid now includes Created and Import Date columns. Created shows when the order was placed, and Import Date shows when it was added to ShipAccel. This helps clarify order timing from stores, marketplaces, or file uploads.

- Click Order Grid
Order grid: Internal note column added
A new Internal Note column displays order-specific shipping notes with a character limit of 500. Notes are previewed in two lines, and you can hover to view the full text. You can add or edit these notes during order status updates.

Order grid: Fulfilled date filter added
You can now filter orders by Fulfilled Date in the Order Grid. Select from preset date ranges like Last 7 Days or create a custom date range up to one year. A Fulfilled Date column is also available and can be sorted.

- Select Date Type
Order grid: Add to batch after import
When uploading orders via file, you can now assign them to a batch using the new Add to Batch menu. You can select an existing batch or create a new one, and orders will automatically be assigned to the selected batch once uploaded.

- Click Import Orders
- Click Add to Batch
Address book import now supports larger files
The file size limit for automated address book imports has been raised from 10 MB to 50 MB, giving you more flexibility when importing larger datasets.
