Resetting or changing your online password

Instructions on resetting a forgotten password for your online account, or changing your current password.

Products affected: Your Account

Sign in to Your Account to change your password or reset a forgotten password on the Pitney Bowes sign in page. 

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Go to the signin page
  2. Select the Forgot Your Password? link.
  3. Enter the email for your account and click Continue.
  4. Select the Reset password link from the email that is sent to you.

Update a password

  1. Sign in to the Pitney Bowes Your Account Online Portal
  2. If prompted, select the Your Account business portal, otherwise, you will be directed to your Your Account dashboard.
  3. Select Your Account and click Password & Security
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
  5. Click Submit to update the information.
